Trump receives cheers, huge ovation at Alabama-Georgia game

.

Former President Donald Trump was widely cheered by the audience of Saturday’s college football game, which was being held between the Alabama Crimson Tide and the Georgia Bulldogs.

Trump was greeted with “U.S.A.” chants by attendees of the game when he was near the concession stands, buying some popcorn and throwing it out to the excited crowds. During the game itself, Trump was spotted on the Bryant-Denny Stadium’s jumbotron, prompting the game’s audience to cheer wildly at the sight of the former president.

“Happening now in Tuscaloosa! President Trump shown on the jumbotron at Bryant-Denny Stadium in Alabama,” Trump senior adviser Dan Scavino Jr. wrote on X.

Trump was joined at the game by Sens. Katie Britt (R-AL), Tommy Tuberville (R-AL), and Steve Daines (R-MT), as well as musicians Kid Rock and Hank Williams Jr.

The former president’s campaign has since created a TikTok video using the footage of him being cheered at the game, which was accompanied by the late-Toby Keith’s “Courtesy of the Red, White, and Blue.”
