Brett Favre demands boycott of Fox News following Tucker Carlson exit

NFL legend Brett Favre demanded a boycott of Fox News on Monday following the exit of longtime anchor Tucker Carlson.

“I’m with Tucker,” Favre, 53, tweeted. “Time to boycott Fox until they come to their senses and let the man speak.

Along with the call for action, Favre attached a clip of Sirius XM host Megyn Kelly condemning Fox’s apparent axing of Carlson.

“They don’t have a deal. Why not?” Kelly asks in the clip. “Because he needs to be silenced while Fox tries to rebuild that disappearing audience.”

“They are banking on you coming back to them. They got a debate in August. You can’t resist. You’ll go. You’ll forgive everything. They’re banking on it,” she added.

Fox trusts that its longtime viewers will tune in for key events, including Gov. Ron DeSantis’s (R-FL) likely presidential announcement, Kelly said.

The remainder of Favre’s video shows clips of Carlson and ends with a basic call to action.

“Show Tucker you stand with him,” the screen reads. “Stand with Tucker. Boycott Fox News!”
