Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA) condemned President Joe Biden‘s border security policies amid escalated criticism against the administration ahead of the end of Title 42.

“Joe Biden used to care about the war on drugs & border security, but the Joe Biden in this video isn’t around anymore,” Greene tweeted Monday. “Title 42 ends Thursday and CBP estimates 700,000 are going to rush the border.”

Greene’s remarks are a response to a video of then-Delaware Sen. Biden appearing to speak on the floor about securing the border to end the war on drugs. “We must stem the flow of drugs into our border and across our borders,” Biden said.

Biden goes on to say the bill he is commenting on will “assign Coast Guard law enforcement teams to Navy ships to bring the Department of Defense more actively into the fight against drug trafficking.”

Greene has questioned Biden’s handling of border security in the past, and she recently visited the southern border in Eagle Pass, Texas, with a delegation of Republican members of Congress led by House Speaker Kevin McCarthy (R-CA).

“The human suffering that has happened and is happening and will happen if Title 42 is repealed and lifted, and the amount of people that are expected to come across this border start coming, this will bring human suffering, death and crime like we have never seen,” Greene said on April 24, according to ABC News.

Greene’s comment comes weeks after Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas silenced her before the committee. The move came after she blasted a member of her own party, calling Mayorkas a “liar” while discussing Biden administration’s border policies.

Pressure is ramping up from the GOP as Title 42 is set to end May 11, and border towns are experiencing an influx of immigrants. Republicans are gathering support for their Secure the Border Act, the party’s solution to the immigration crisis, which will be put to a vote Thursday.

The White House said in a statement Monday that the president would veto the House GOP bill aiming to restrict asylum.

“While we welcome Congress’ engagement on meaningful steps to address immigration and the challenges at the border, this bill would make things worse, not better,” the statement reads. “Because this bill does very little to actually increase border security while doing a great deal to trample on the Nation’s core values and international obligations, it should be rejected.”

“We are passing H.R. 2 our strong border security bill,” Greene wrote. “Joe needs to sign it.”
