The remarks from Biden are expected to announce what the White House calls the “most sweeping set of executive actions to improve care in history,” which includes improving child care accessibility, care for veterans, support for family caregivers, and job quality for care workers, per a White House fact sheet.
The White House is touting these changes as helping “strengthen the economy.”
