WATCH LIVE: Biden to address Irish parliament while in Dublin

President Joe Biden is addressing the upper and lower legislative bodies, the Houses of the Oireachtas, as part of his visit to Ireland.

Biden is expected to begin his address at 10:45 a.m. Eastern time, which is 3:45 p.m. local time in Ireland.

Earlier on Wednesday, Biden signed the guest book at the Irish president’s residence and participated in a tree-planting ceremony with Irish President Michael Higgins. He met with Higgins and Taoiseach Leo Varadkar before delivering his address.

After the speech, Biden is expected to participate in a banquet dinner at Dublin Castle. Biden will be in Ireland until Friday after visiting Northern Ireland earlier this week.
