WATCH LIVE: DeSantis speaks at Hillsdale College

Gov. Ron DeSantis (R-FL) is set to give remarks at Hillsdale College in Michigan. The governor has been holding speeches in various states across the country ahead of a likely presidential run.

DeSantis is scheduled to give remarks at 7:30 p.m. The speech is expected to be followed by a conversation with Hillsdale College President Larry Arnn.

The Florida governor has given speeches in Iowa, Georgia, New York, Pennsylvania, and California as part of a tour to promote his book The Courage to Be Free: Florida’s Blueprint for America’s Revival. He is also scheduled to make a trip to Israel at the end of the month.

DeSantis has started working on higher education reform in the Sunshine State. He reformed the New College of Florida by appointing several conservatives to the board of the school.
