The newest location will be located off of Interstate 64 in New Kent County, Virginia, and measure 74,000 square feet, with 120 fueling stations and 557 parking spaces.

It is expected to open in 2027, according to a post on the New Kent County Economic Development Authority’s Facebook page.

The county touted the jobs it will bring to the area.

“Buc-ee’s is a one-of-a-kind destination,” the Facebook post said. “Buc-ee’s will employ (full time with benefits) over 175 residents earning an average minimum wage of $16-18 per hour.”

The county also noted that it was working closely with Buc-ee’s and the Virginia Department of Transportation to make area improvements needed to handle the expected increase in traffic.
