“It’s an interesting property to not only own, but also have to take care of as a piece of Americana. It’s going to be an interesting journey,” said current owner Brian Jones as he placed the for-sale sign.
A price has yet to be listed, and Jones explained that this isn’t the only factor he will be considering in the sale. “Price will matter, but not necessarily the highest price that’s the right fit for this business and this piece of nostalgic Americana,” he explained.

A museum and gift shop exist on the campus, as well as a rental property. There are multiple lots included, allowing for expansion.
