Fisher-Price renewed a recall Monday of all models of its Rock ‘n Play Sleepers. The company recalled the product in 2019 after it led to 30 reports of infant deaths.

However, 70 more infant deaths are reported to have occurred after the recall. This prompted the company to issue an additional recall, alerting customers to stop using the product.

“Consumers should stop using the Rock ‘n Play immediately and contact Fisher-Price for a refund or voucher. It is illegal to sell or distribute the recalled sleepers,” according to Fisher-Price.

The deaths primarily occurred after babies rolled from their backs onto their stomachs or sides while unrestrained in the sleeper.
