The border crisis has led to a record level of illegal immigrants entering the United States. President Joe Biden’s decisions, such as overturning multiple Trump administration immigration policies, have caused disastrous results. After three years of lies about the border being secure, the effects of Biden’s illegal immigration crisis at the southern border are now being felt in Chester County, a suburb of Philadelphia.
Law enforcement officials in West Whiteland Township in Pennsylvania, a suburb of Philadelphia, warned of a surging trend of criminal activity involving illegal immigrants who have found their way into the country, WPVI, an ABC affiliate in Philadelphia, reported. Retail stores have been particularly hit hard by the illegal immigrants, as police officers stated they have stolen thousands of dollars in merchandise in recent weeks.
“They’re taking advantage of coming to the U.S. and committing these crimes and being able to disappear to some degree,” Detective Scott Pezick told WPVI. “Over the last month, we’ve had what we call South American theft groups.”
It’s the exact kind of thing Republicans have been warning about for years while Democrats preached about open borders. And, like usual, the Democrats who favored the conditions that caused these crimes are not the ones being affected. People continue to suffer because of the horrible decisions of Democratic elected officials.
“Chester County is now on the front lines, battling the consequences of the Democrats’ disastrous border policies,” Kate Collins, chairwoman of the Downingtown Republicans, told me. “Every crime by an illegal alien is a direct result of the Democrats’ refusal to protect American citizens. It’s time to end the madness and restore sanity. We cannot let their negligence turn our community into a playground for lawlessness.”
Every Democrat in the country should be listening to Collins’s words at this point, and so should every Democratic voter. They are directly to blame for the chaos and destruction caused by the border crisis, and they continue to disregard the people victimized by their awful voting choices and political decision-making. However, as Collins pointed out, there is a way to bring accountability for the problems they’ve caused: vote for Republicans.

We tried immigration under the Democratic way, under the Joe Biden way. It’s been a complete failure. It’s time for a change, and it’s up to voters to do the right thing. Democrats must put the interests of their country ahead of the interests of their political party. Every time they refuse to do so, people get hurt in some way.
“This election, we have a choice: continue down a path of chaos or vote for the safety and security that Republicans guarantee,” Collins said. “Don’t let Democrat failures compromise our safety any longer. Vote for a secure Chester County. Vote Republican.”
