Immigrant accused of attacking Times Square police arrested again

.

At least one of the immigrants accused in last month’s on-camera attack of two New York City Police Department officers is back in custody after a robbery at Macy’s.

Authorities arrested 19-year-old Darwin Andres Gomez-Izquiel on Tuesday on charges of petit larceny and robbery, according to a report citing the NYPD.

Gomez-Izquiel is one of four suspects charged with the robbery at the Queens Center Mall location.

The gang allegedly entered at about 5:33 p.m. and began “acting in concert” to steal products, police said.

One person, identified as a 27-year-old security guard, confronted them, which caused a struggle to ensue.
