WATCH LIVE: House Judiciary Committee holds hearing on DOJ’s Civil Rights Division

House Judiciary Committee hearing

The House Judiciary Committee is holding a hearing regarding the oversight of the Department of Justice’s Civil Rights Division.

The hearing is set for 10 a.m., and it is titled “Oversight of the Department of Justice Civil Rights Division.” The committee’s website said it will examine “the mission and programs of the Civil Rights Division.”

Kristen Clarke, assistant attorney general with the Department of Justice, will be testifying. She is well known for making headlines after opening an investigation into conditions in Fulton County, Georgia, and police discrimination in Lexington and Mississippi.
