Diversity and racial representation no longer mattered in Kentucky’s election for governor

For years, liberals, Democrats, and other left-wing politicos emphasized the importance, nay, the necessity, of having equal representation in society. Time and time again, Democrats emphasized that black people must be elected to positions of power so black citizens could see elected leaders that “look like them.” However, when it came to potentially electing Kentucky’s first black governor, these very same people said no. Just like that, diversity and racial representation no longer mattered when it came to Kentucky’s election for governor.

Daniel Cameron, a black man, lost to incumbent Democratic Gov. Andy Beshear on Nov. 7. To normal people like Republicans, Cameron’s skin color was never an issue. All that mattered was his character, integrity, and political platform. Yet, to the people who have spent decades necessitating a need for racial representation, to Democratic and racial minority voters who clamored for black people to be elected to positions of power, electing a black man to office was no longer a priority.

WHAT THE GOP CAN LEARN FROM 2023

To the race-obsessed liberals, Democrats, and the Left, the demand for social justice evaporated. No longer were black people needed to be elected to positions of power. There wasn’t any need for Cameron to shatter (racial) glass ceilings anymore.

Why? Because the need for diversity and racial representation was never essential to begin with. The Left repeatedly demanded that racial minorities, specifically black people, must be in positions of power to overcome years of systemic racism and suppression. Yet, when push came to shove last Tuesday, they voted for a white man!

Democrats never truly cared if black people were elected or not. They just wanted people to think they cared. They just weaponized the idea to manipulate the public opinion of racial minorities and rile up the emotions of the brainwashed “white-guilt” electorate to vote for people who espoused such rhetoric and ideas.

It’s proof, yet again, that liberals, Democrats, and others on the Left do not believe their manipulative propaganda. It’s just part of Democratic performative politics, meant to prey on the emotions of groups of people the Left has fooled into thinking are oppressed. All of it was a facade, and millions of people were duped.

Anytime, from now until the end of time, liberals, Democrats, or anybody who identifies as a political leftist has the audacity to mention diversity, equity, inclusion, race, or representation, remind them about Daniel Cameron. And in the future, when Democrats stress why minority representation is vital, remind them of the time Democratic voters had every opportunity to make Daniel Cameron the first black governor of Kentucky but instead voted for a white man.

No one should ever again fall for their deception, manipulation, or ideologically-driven political propaganda.
