Prior to sentencing, a lawyer for Todd Chrisley said: “It is respectfully requested that the Court exercise its discretion and downwardly depart from the advisory Guideline sentence range and impose a combined sentence of limited incarceration, supervised release and restitution” in response to the prosecutor’s recommendations.

According to the TV stars, their attorneys have filed their intent to appeal notices with the court, but they cannot discuss the case further.
