Woman kills two Mississippi police officers before committing suicide

Two police officers were killed Wednesday morning while answering a call at a motel in Mississippi.
The officers from the Bay St. Louis police force arrived at a Motel 6 along U.S. Highway 90 at around 4:30 a.m.

The woman is said to have shot and killed the first officer, while the second died at an area hospital. The shooter, according to multiple reports, shot and killed herself at the scene.

Names and a motive have not been released. Bay St. Louis is located approximately 30 miles outside of Biloxi and has a population of roughly 10,000 residents.
