President Joe Biden is delivering remarks on the first anniversary of the passing of the Promise to Address Comprehensive Toxics Act of 2022.
His address is slated to begin at 1:15 P.M. EDT in Salt Lake City, Utah, at the George E. Wahlen Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center. The PACT Act expanded Veterans Affairs healthcare and benefits for veterans exposed to burn pits, Agent Orange, and other toxic substances, according to the United States Department of Veterans Affairs.
