WATCH LIVE: Glenn Youngkin hosts ‘Parents Matter’ conversation in Fredericksburg

Gov. Glenn Youngkin (R-VA) is hosting a conversation Thursday in Fredericksburg, Virginia, as part of his “Parents Matter” campaign.

Youngkin is touring several Virginia communities, speaking with families about their concerns related to children and social media.

Currently, it is federally mandated that children under 13 must get parental permission to join a social media site. Youngkin has said he wants that expanded to all youth under 18.

The event will begin at 11 a.m. EDT at the Falmouth Volunteer Fire Department in Fredericksburg.
