President Joe Biden is losing ground among working-class minorities because even the Democratic Party’s racial obsession can’t hide the fact that it has become the party of wealthy liberal elitists.

Axios sounded the alarm over Biden’s polling decline among nonwhite voters who don’t have college degrees. Former President Barack Obama won that demographic by 67 points in 2012, and Biden won it by 48 points in 2020. But a New York Times/Siena poll showed Biden winning that group by just 16 points in a hypothetical rematch with former President Donald Trump. Axios notes that “many of these voters are moderates, not progressives.”

THE WHITE HOUSE COCAINE STORY SHOULD NOT JUST FADE AWAY

That poses a problem for Biden, who shed the faux centrist label that he used for the campaign once he took office, but there is a larger issue at play. Biden is losing ground among black and Hispanic working-class voters because those voters are not the priority of the Democratic Party anymore. The Democratic Party is run by elitists, for elitists, and that means leaving behind blue-collar workers of all races.

You can see exactly this in California, the state Biden has embraced as his model for the country. The state is the most liberal state in the country, and the result has been a rapid decline in the quality of life for everyday residents. The cost of living has driven lower- and middle-class Californians to search for more affordable homes elsewhere because they have been priced out of the California dream.

Sound familiar? Inflation ran rampant under Biden for nearly a year, and even now, prices remain high. While Biden has spent his entire first term trying to achieve a student debt giveaway for disproportionately white, wealthy college graduates, working-class minorities were saddled with rising inflation and higher prices with the Inflation Reduction Act, the misnomer given to Biden’s climate change bill.

Climate policy has been another area in which Democrats favor the wealthy at the expense of everyone else. On his first day in office, Biden killed the Keystone XL pipeline and 59,000 jobs along with it. California defunded job training programs for oil workers the state forced out of business in favor of ineffective renewables, which have jacked up prices and made it even harder for working-class people to afford to live in the state.

Biden’s own agenda has been similar, pandering to global elitists who use their private jets to zip from climate conference to climate conference while he attempts to ban gas stoves and overregulate every area of people’s lives at the expense of their convenience and their wallets.

The Democratic Party’s racial obsession is toxic, but it is also a fraud. That should be clear from the party’s pro-criminal approach to crime, a problem in which the victims are disproportionately black. The Democratic Party is the party of college professors, post-graduates, and celebrities. The dwindling support from working-class minorities is simply the result of them recognizing exactly who it is Biden has made his priority on the job.
