The Democrats have got it all wrong on drugs

It is clearly dangerous to be raising children in blue cities these days, but New York City Democrats have taken it to a whole other level. After years of denying the existence of the fentanyl crisis pouring in from our southern border, the Democrats have finally decided to act on the innumerable deaths that have taken place in our country.
As great as that sounds, don’t expect much out of them. Imagine learning that your child walks on the streets of a city where one can find people injecting themselves on public transportation or that your child attends a public school where gang members sell drugs to students in school bathrooms. Now, imagine having to raise your child in a city where government officials provide you with free supplies of drug use equipment on the streets, which are meant to be used for practicing “safer” drug use, whatever that is supposed to mean.
INFLATION STILL LOOMS LARGE FOR BIDEN REELECTION EFFORT
New York City public health officials just unveiled a new kind of vending machine system across New York City, where vending machines dispense “Safer Smoking” kits that include a heavy stem pipe, mouthpiece, and lip balm to enable a safer way to smoke crack and crystal meth if a New York City zip code is punched into the machine. The Democrats seem to believe this is the way to end the drug problem that ravages America.
Besides drug paraphernalia, these kits come fully equipped with nicotine gum, condoms, tampons, and sanitary pads. At first glance, one would naturally ask what condoms or even menstrual products have to do with street drug equipment. But this is not a surprising move at all. You see, the Democrats realized parental rights in education are an actual thing and that most parents naturally support it. So instead of shoving mandatory sex education down kindergarteners’ throats, the Democrats decided to change strategies and use taxpayer money to provide citizens with condoms out on the streets and added some drug equipment along with it.
In all seriousness, though, if using taxpayer money to provide dangerous criminals with free drug equipment, condoms, and nicotine gum is what Democrats believe is the solution to fight against the drug problem in the country, then the Democrats have no idea what the root cause of the drug problem in America is.
But at least Democrats such as NYC Department Health and Mental Hygiene Commissioner Ashwin Vasan have begun to admit we have a problem. “We have a rising tide of fentanyl, and now we have other substances entering our drug supply,” Vasan said. Looks like the Democrats have finally had a wake-up call.
If the Democrats joined hands in supporting concerned people led by Republicans in their fight against illegal immigration and open borders, there would be a much bigger and more effective force fighting Mexican drug cartels that would enhance the safety of Americans overall. Once the source of drugs in this country is eliminated, drugs will naturally be harder to access, and drug overdose will no longer cause the death of innocent people. It really is as simple as that!
But if the Democrats are still not convinced, hopefully the fact that all the items in the first vending machine unveiled became empty in less than a day will knock some sense into their heads and help them figure.
