Man identifying as Trump and child of Clintons gets 82 years for brutal murder

An Indiana man who identifies as both former President Donald Trump and the child of the Clintons was sentenced to 82 years in prison Thursday for the brutal murder of his biological father and internment of his mother.
Christopher Claerbout, 42, was convicted on eight criminal charges in April after a jury deemed he was fit for trial, according to a report.

The Carmel, Indiana, native was convicted on charges including criminal confinement, murder, domestic battery, auto theft, and intimidation for the killing of his father and imprisonment of his mother in February 2022.
When police responded to the location of the incident, they discovered the corpse of David Claerbout in the driveway and Marcia Claerbout handcuffed, bound, and beaten by Claerbout.
Claerbout had thrown his mother down a flight of stairs before holding her hostage for at least nine hours until her husband arrived home at 6 p.m., the report noted.
This was not the first time Claerbout had turned violent.
Raving about conspiracy theories throughout the day, he had held a knife to his mother’s neck in his pursuit of answers, Marcia said, according to authorities.
When David returned to the residence, he confronted his son outside, where he was stabbed multiple times in the chest and abdomen.
Claerbout fled the scene in David’s white Chevrolet Traverse, but local police tracked him down using the vehicle’s OnStar feature, according to the report.
OnStar shut the vehicle off, and Claerbout attempted to flee to a nearby wooded area before he was caught by a police K-9.
Claerbout had “arrested” his mother because she had committed war crimes, “passed him around for sex as a child to a lot of politicians,” and intended to take him to Guantanamo Bay, he told police.

He did not speak on his father’s murder, and identified himself as the 45th president and the son of former President Bill Clinton and former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, according to the report.
Court proceedings against Claerbout included a competency hearing, which concluded he was “mentally competent and does have comprehension sufficient to understand the proceedings and to assist counsel in the preparation of a defense.”
