Social media platforms were rife with left-wing rage this week over Shane Gillis’s monologue from last week’s Saturday Night Live. The comedian’s remarks were about some of the lewd and lascivious clothing often worn by women while working out at fitness centers. Critics called the monologue misogynistic, sexist, and an attack on women. The result was a backlash by feminists, weak, left-wing, effeminate men, and other irrational minds unable to comprehend comedy. They wanted retribution of biblical proportions, such as boycotting SNL and canceling Gillis — essentially the modern equivalent of hail, locusts, fire, and brimstone.
Resistance against Gillis became the latest battle cry for feminists in 2026. But in doing so, they revealed just how unsupportive of women feminists actually are. For all the social media outrage and condemnation of Gillis’s joke as an attack on women, the noise became a stark reminder of the lack of outrage these very same people showed regarding actual attacks on women, specifically the numerous incidents of violence against women committed by illegal immigrants — the same illegal immigrants President Donald Trump, the Department of Homeland Security, and Immigration and Customs Enforcement want to remove from the country.
Feminists are miserable, phony con artists whose only true priority is adherence to radical far-left ideological beliefs. They do this under the guise of promoting female empowerment. In reality, their concern for women is an ideological checkerboard: They show little or no concern over real dangers and threats to women while embellishing and amplifying those that run counter to their fanatical ideology.

This is why they constantly make a fuss about jokes from a comedian like Gillis but stay silent when it comes to Democrats’ failed border security and illegal immigration policies, which led to countless innocent women being harmed, including Laken Riley, Rachel Morin, and Jocelyn Nungaray, to name a few.
Consider some of the recent apprehensions and illegal immigration enforcement efforts by ICE that have been ignored, dismissed, and altogether vilified by the people whining about Gillis. In the last few months, ICE arrested:
- Walvin Victor Hugo Garcia, an illegal immigrant arrested on “felony charges of rape of a child less than 13 years of age, aggravated sexual battery of a victim under 13 years of age, use of a computer to commit sex offense with a minor.”
- Abdul Jalloh, an illegal immigrant from Sierra Leone charged with murdering Stephanie Minter at a bus stop. He also reportedly had more than 30 prior arrests.
- Alberto Ramirez-Diaz, an illegal immigrant from Guatemala convicted of child rape.
- Jamie Ivanue Lobato-Vasquez, an illegal immigrant from Mexico convicted of “kidnapping and assault on a minor with intent to commit rape in Santa Ana, California.”
- Belter Salazar-Valenzuela, an illegal immigrant from Guatemala convicted of third-degree sexual abuse in Iowa.
- Marco Lual, an illegal immigrant from Sudan arrested in Arizona for crimes including sexual assault and kidnapping.
- Dung Nguyen, an illegal immigrant from Vietnam arrested in Oklahoma for crimes including lewd or lascivious acts with a minor and rape, among others.
- Pedro Ornelas, an illegal immigrant from Mexico arrested in Minnesota for the crimes of sexual assault and rape.
And there are many, many others. Their crimes were much more dangerous, violent, and horrific than Gillis’s joke. Yet the Gillis outrage brigade, whose members warn of the “dangers” his joke poses to women, ignores the people posing actual dangers to women.
Since Trump’s second term began, he has made it a priority to make America safe again and remove some of the worst of the worst violent criminal illegal immigrants. This includes many illegal immigrants in the country who committed rape, sex trafficking, child trafficking, and sexual abuse of children, among other abhorrent crimes. Yet some of the biggest opponents of such actions were the same people who were crying and whining about Gillis.

But don’t just take my word for it. Look at the social media feeds of some of the most vocal people throwing a hissy fit over Gillis’s joke. Then look at their comments regarding Trump’s illegal immigration enforcement efforts to remove dangerous illegal immigrants convicted of rape, murder, and other violent crimes. You will notice a stunning amount of hypocrisy in their posts. It’s almost as if their concerns on issues are predicated on a sycophantic adherence to left-wing ideological principles and a cult-like devotion to them.
Start paying them no mind and stop giving them the attention they crave, but do not in any way deserve.
