The transgender movement has such a grip on the Democratic Party that the government of Washington state is now demanding that nude spas for women must accept men as a matter of human rights.
Olympus Spa, a women’s nude spa, has been set upon by the Washington State Human Rights Commission, which alleges that the spa broke Washington state law by refusing to accept a transgender woman (i.e., someone who is, always has been, and always will be a man). Olympus Spa is now asking the Supreme Court to intervene, being forced to dance around flimsier First Amendment defenses, because we are all supposed to be accepting of the fictional notion that men can be women and thus women’s spaces cannot exclude them.

Olympus Spa is even willing to accept “transgender women” so long as they have had a sex-change surgery. The business is only asking that the “women” do not have a penis. That’s still not good enough, apparently, to not be discrimination.
Olympus Spa is not alone in facing this transgender inquisition. Numerous hospitals have been sued by transgender men (or, women, as we know them in the real world) for not violating their religious beliefs to perform “gender-affirming” surgeries. We have already seen where this leads, thanks to Canada, which allowed a man to sue female beauticians for not waxing his male genitals. Those beauticians were dragged before the British Columbia Human Rights Tribunal and were eventually vindicated after more than a year, but two had already lost their businesses as a result of the complaints filed against them.

We know that the Democratic Party wants to impose this kind of legal system on a national level, using Orwellian-named “human rights” policing bodies to force women to wax men’s genitals or for female spa clients to expose themselves to men while seeing those men’s penises. Because, according to the doctrine of transgenderism, those men are actually women, and it is the right of those women to bare their penises in front of women in women’s spaces.
So long as Democrats hold political power, they will impose governmental policy that turns what is traditionally understood as sexual harassment into a human rights necessity. And, as long as the legal system continues to entertain the fictional notion that men can become women, businesses like Olympus Spa will be forced to use flimsier defenses and be dragged through the legal wringer for years as the Supreme Court evaluates them on a case-by-case basis, rather than shutting down the movement’s delusions once and for all.
