Iran threatens Melania and Barron Trump in propaganda video

Iran is openly threatening first lady Melania Trump and her son as the United States continues waging war with the country.

The Tasnim News Agency, affiliated with the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps, took aim at Melania and Barron Trump in a new propaganda video posted on Monday.

The “Where to Kill Melania?!” video depicts an animation of the first lady’s security protocols and her visits to luxury department stores in New York City. The narrator says her “obsession with fashion has become her biggest weakness,” leaving her vulnerable to a possible attack led by “global freedom fighters” in support of the Iranian regime.

The video mentioned security measures that precede Melania’s visits to Manhattan designer clothing stores, such as the removal of garbage cans from her motorcade route and the welding of manhole covers on the street to prevent the placement of any explosive devices.

In the case of online shopping, the narrator suggested a more inconspicuous approach to assassinate Melania Trump: using a nerve agent, called VX, to poison the clothes that she will purchase. It then names her stylists who could be bribed into poisoning her clothing.

The narrator then ends the video with a threat against Melania Trump’s only biological child: “This is just the beginning. Barron Trump, wait for us.”

The Secret Service said it is investigating the Guard-linked video, but the agency declined to provide further information.

“Out of concern for operational security, we do not discuss matters of protective intelligence,” a spokesperson told Newsweek.

In recent weeks, Iranian propaganda has been used to call for the assassination of Donald Trump as his war with Tehran rages on. The president has said peace talks are ongoing, but the Iranian Foreign Affairs Ministry denies the existence of any such negotiations.

Fighting resumed earlier this month after Iranian combatants attacked commercial ships in the Strait of Hormuz, prompting retaliatory airstrikes from the U.S. military. Hostilities between the two nations are paused for now.

If he is assassinated by Iran, Trump has left instructions to destroy the country in a massive bombing campaign. However, Vice President JD Vance would still have to carry out these strikes.

TRUMP SAYS LINDSEY GRAHAM URGED HIM TO CUT A DEAL WITH IRAN

Trump drew the ire of Iran in January 2020 when he ordered the airstrike that killed Iranian military officer Qassem Soleimani, and again this year when joint U.S.-Israel airstrikes killed Ayatollah Ali Khamenei at the start of the Iran war in late February.

Now, Iran is increasingly threatening the president’s relatives, including his wife and five children. A large billboard in Tehran recently showed images of Donald Trump Jr., Eric Trump, Ivanka Trump, Tiffany Trump, and Barron Trump above coffins set against the backdrop of the White House with the slogan: “Blood for blood.”
