President Donald Trump will speak to a crowd at the General Motors Milford Proving Ground in Michigan on Monday at 2:50 p.m.
Trump is expected to tout the economic wins throughout his second administration and the effects of his tariff strategy on bringing back industry jobs as he speaks in the heart of the U.S. auto industry.
The Michigan stop is the latest in Trump’s rally-like gatherings in swing states ahead of the midterm elections. He stopped in Marietta, Georgia, last week to bolster Trump accounts and slam communism while stumping for GOP gubernatorial candidate Rick Jackson and Rep. Mike Collins (R-GA) for U.S. Senate. Both Michigan and Georgia are in high-stakes Senate races this midterm season.
