It cannot be overstated just how deranged and despicable it is that New York City Mayor Zohran Mamdani continues to promise to operate as an agent of a globalist organization in violation of U.S. law with his promise to arrest Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.
Mamdani again promised in a New York Times podcast interview that he was doing everything he could to come up with a way to arrest Netanyahu if the Israeli leader traveled to New York City for the United Nations General Assembly later this year. Mamdani said that “I believe that Prime Minister Netanyahu belongs in The Hague,” and “We’re talking about the International Criminal Court and the fact that they have a warrant out for this prime minister’s arrest.”

Forget for a second that the International Criminal Court is a corrupt body that views the United States in a harsher light than China, or that the idea that there is a “genocide” in Gaza is nothing more than a Palestinian propaganda operation designed to protect Palestinian terrorist operations. Forget even that the ICC chief prosecutor who pursued the arrest warrant against Netanyahu conveniently did so just two weeks after he discovered that sexual assault allegations against him were about to come to light. The ICC’s fraudulent position and detestable decision-making are obvious, but it isn’t why Mamdani’s mission is so ridiculous.
For one, Mamdani is a mayor. He is a local official, nothing more. He has no authority whatsoever to detain a world leader who is allowed to travel to the U.S. It would be equally as absurd as if the mayor of Philadelphia promised to arrest the prime minister of Canada, or if the mayor of London promised to arrest an American president. Mamdani thinks he should be more important than the president when it comes to foreign policy and foreign affairs, showing just how power-hungry he truly is.
RUBIO TARGETS THE ICC, AS HE SHOULD
More absurd, though, is that the U.S. is not a party to the ICC. The U.S. does not recognize the authority of the ICC. It does not have any jurisdiction over Americans or American decision-making. Mamdani doesn’t just want to exercise power he doesn’t have to arrest a foreign leader. He wants to do so on behalf of a globalist organization that the U.S. does not recognize. Mamdani wants more power in America to do what foreign bureaucrats want him to do.
The mayor of America’s largest city openly discussing how he is doing the bidding of foreign bureaucrats should be a real scandal. Mamdani wants to subjugate the American balance of power between federal, state, and local governments to the whims of a corrupt foreign organization of which the U.S. isn’t even a member, all because he is hopelessly obsessed with a country in the Middle East over 5,000 miles away from the city he is supposed to be governing.
