Democrats and their liberal media allies are continuing to do everything they can to destroy the reputation of the Supreme Court, including deliberately misleading their gullible voters and readers about the results and details of multiple cases.
The bulk of the outrage was reserved for the court’s 6-3 decision that found that President Donald Trump does indeed have the singular authority to end temporary protected status for people from Syria and Haiti. This was an obvious ruling, given that the status quo of having one president unilaterally grant TPS for illegal immigrants while allowing lawsuits to hold up revocation of that designation from other presidents was clearly an unsustainable legal tactic designed to serve as backdoor amnesty.

Democrats refuse to tell the truth about the nature of this case, though. Specifically, they refuse to acknowledge the “temporary” part of “temporary protected status.” In his statement, Sen. Alex Padilla (D-CA) refused to acknowledge that the status was temporary, referring to it only as TPS while claiming that the Supreme Court “just greenlit Trump’s plan to strip TPS from thousands of people who have fled humanitarian crises, some who have been living and working in the US for decades.”
The “temporary” protections have been in place for 16 years for Haitians and 14 years for Syrians. Democrats are treating this as another generic attack on immigration and blaming the Supreme Court for it because they don’t want to acknowledge that they want this temporary status to be permanent, and they want to demonize the Supreme Court so they can pack it with liberal justices. All the majority did in this case was acknowledge that the executive branch has the ability to exercise power given to the executive branch, but you would never know that from the Democratic reaction.
This extends to other cases as well. For example, in a 7-2 ruling joined by two of the liberal justices, the Supreme Court blocked lawsuits against Bayer for not including warning labels that chemicals in weedkiller RoundUp may cause cancer. As previously discussed, this claim is based on assertions from the corrupt health bodies of the United Nations. The decision found that Bayer’s Monsanto was simply following label guidance from the Environmental Protection Agency, as required by law.

All of this is designed to undermine the legitimacy of the court to pave the way for Democrats to eventually pack it with liberal puppets who will rule however the Democratic Party wishes. Democrats and their liberal media allies want to deliberately mislead people about what the Supreme Court is actually ruling on and why, because the endless pursuit of power is the only thing that matters to them.
