President Donald Trump is delivering the keynote commencement speech at the U.S. Coast Guard Academy in Connecticut on Wednesday morning.
Trump is expected to address students at 11 a.m. His remarks at the graduation, which is being held at Cadet Memorial Field in New London, mark his first visit to the Constitution State since his reelection.
