Two people were killed in a Monday morning mass shooting in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, according to the North Carolina State Bureau of Investigation.
The shooting occurred in Leinbach Park near a local middle school at around 9:52 a.m., when the Winston-Salem Police Department said a planned fight between young individuals escalated to a shooting.
