California Democrats view parents as more likely to be abusers than caretakers and, thus, think schools should be able to secretly transition students without their parents’ knowledge. It should not be overlooked that the Supreme Court itself has had to step in to address this insane view.
The Supreme Court has temporarily blocked a California law that prevents schools from telling parents if their children are trying to become transgender at school. The court ruled that “These policies likely violate parents’ rights to direct the upbringing and education of their children.” Under the California law, teachers and administrators are to hide from parents the fact that their child is claiming a new identity at school or suffering from mental health problems related to being transgender.
AN ONLINE MELTDOWN OVER A RETURN TO BIOLOGICAL REALITY IN KANSAS
California Democrats, and their liberal media allies, claim this is to fight “forced outing.” In other words, California Democrats think that teachers and administrators should be able to know this information, but parents must be deliberately kept in the dark about their own children. Here is how the deplorable state Sen. Scott Wiener reacted to the ruling: “Forcing teachers to out LGBTQ students to their parents puts kids’ lives at risk. Some will die. Some will get kicked out & become homeless. Some will be sent to conversion therapy.”
Wiener’s view of parents is the same as the rest of the California Democratic Party, including Gov. Gavin Newsom (D-CA). It is the view that is behind this law in the first place. In the view of Wiener, Newsom, and state Democrats, parents are not caretakers who love their children. They are possible abusers first and foremost, and they will abuse, evict, and maybe kill, per Wiener’s framing, their children if those children are experiencing gender confusion.

This is how Wiener and state Democrats justify trying to make gender confusion and mental health problems a secret between children and their schools, deliberately creating separation between children and their parents. According to Wiener, and California state law, teachers know better how to care for children than parents do.
This is the absurd limit that supposedly mainstream Democrats, including 2028 presidential wannabe Newsom, have driven themselves to in the name of transgender people. That the Supreme Court is even having to waste time addressing this is a damning indictment of the transgender movement, the state of California, and the state of the modern Democratic Party.
