Iran massacres thousands as a member of the UN Human Rights Council

Iran‘s authoritarian government is massacring civilians in the streets by the thousands. The United Nations is obsessing about America and Israel.

Iran has killed anywhere from 12,000 to more than 20,000 civilians, according to reports, as protesters flock to the streets to protest the Iranian government. The regime is fast-tracking executions for prisoners it captures and gunning down scores more in the streets. U.N. Director-General Antonio Guterres issued a brief, vague statement about “freedom of expression” must be “fully respected and protected,” and the U.N. essentially moved on.

Iran sits on the U.N. Human Rights Council, the sham council filled with murderous authoritarians that makes grand proclamations about human rights. Along with an Iranian regime that is currently massacring thousands of civilians, the “Human Rights” Council includes Qatar, China, Mexico, and Cuba. Somalia and Russia also recently concluded terms on the council.

Meanwhile, the U.N. just held a struggle session over the United States‘s arrest of former Venezuelan dictator Nicholas Maduro (a Human Rights Council member as recently as 2022). The U.N. tripped over itself to orchestrate a meeting where its member countries could whine about “international law,” a made-up concept that makes U.N. bureaucrats appear useful, but no emergency session is being called about a “Human Rights Council” member gunning down thousands of protesters by the day.

Guterres is instead focused on referring Israel to the International Criminal Court over Israeli laws targeting UNRWA, the terrorist-infested aid racket that funnels money to Gaza and, in effect, Hamas. The U.N. is obsessed with Israel, from demanding it surrender to Hamas to end the fake genocide in Gaza to issuing far more condemnations of the country than of Russia, China, Iran, North Korea, Venezuela, Cuba, Sudan, Qatar, “Palestine,” and every other bad actor you can think of, combined.

IRAN ENDS COOPERATION WITH UN WATCHDOG IAEA SEEKING NUCLEAR INSPECTIONS

President Donald Trump continues to humor the U.N., with the U.S. making a commitment of $2 billion in American taxpayer dollars to be funneled through the U.N.’s “aid” system. America and Israel remain the whipping boys of the U.N., on the dime of American taxpayers. Meanwhile, Iran does everything that the antisemites at the U.N. claim Israel was doing in Gaza, and the reaction is a meek condemnation and the continued endorsement of the Iranian government through its seat on the “Human Rights Council.”

Again, the U.N. is a waste of time and money. The U.S., along with global human rights and freedom, would be better off if the U.N. were cut off, evicted from American soil, and sent to wither and die as an organization without the American dollars or credibility currently propping it up as some authoritative source. The U.N. is the unofficial public relations firm for evil regimes, such as the Iranian government, and we should be treating it as such.
