The clock to protect American families is ticking, Council Member of Frederick County,Ā Maryland, Mason Carter, told the Washington Examiner, adding that blue states must adopt a āstronger presenceā of federal law enforcement and stop the downplay of crime.Ā
[Complying with the Department of Homeland Security] āis a great idea. It is appalling. It is in our best interest to protect our cities, our families, and our communities. A stronger presence of law enforcement is certainly needed,ā Carter told the Washington Examiner.Ā
DEMOCRATS IN DISSARAY; BOWSER COOPERATES, PTRIZKER DEFIES ON CRIMEĀ
Carter is not the only elected official to advocate for the federal government to intervene either.Ā
Earlier this month, Chicago Alderman Raymond Flores told CBS that he had two teenagers shot in my community this weekend alone.Ā
āSo when I hear my Democratic colleagues tell me to not worry, crime is down, Trump stays home in Washington, I have a real hard time accepting that,āĀ Flores added.Ā
If those who are more in touch with the local community than a big city mayor or Governor call for help, the community seriously needs help.Ā
However, instead of defending the constituents of those communities through compliance with federal law enforcement efforts, Democratic officials have refused to accept President Donald Trumpās offer to fight crime, calling it āfascistā and āracist,ā as they reinforce the false claim that they have crime under control.Ā
āWe do not need occupiers,ā Baltimore Mayor Brandon Scott said to a crowd of supporters earlier this week. āStand up in the moment. āSo that a hundred years from now ⦠they will know that you stood up to fascism, that you stood up to racism, that you stood up to folks who were trying to destroy your democracy,ā he added.Ā
Last week, Scott stated that under his leadership, Baltimore will ācontinue to see meaningful progress.ā Adjacently, Chicago Mayor Brad Johnson wrote on X that historically, ācrime is downā in Chicago, adding that those who believe otherwise must be āconfused.ā
Fortunately, not everyone believes their rhetoric.Ā
Carter told the Washington Examiner, āI think we should go ahead and look at the data instead and see that itās actually false.āĀ
Under Baltimore Mayor Brandon Scott, and Chicagoās Mayor Brad Johnson, the two cities have experienced exponentially higher violent crime statistics than other American cities, averaging 420,000 violent crimes per 100,000 residents.Ā
CHICAGOāS MURDER TOLL EXCEEDS IRAQ DEATH TOLL
While Baltimore and other Democratic American cities continue to falsely claim law enforcement efforts are āracistā or āfascist,ā states like Florida and Louisiana have intensified operations with federal law enforcement and already seen crime rates reach record lows.
It is evident that senseless violence in blue states needs to be enforced, and that acting in accordance with federal law enforcement reduces crime to an unforeseen level.
