Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem changed her X profile photo to her South Park parody after she became the latest Trump administration official featured in the Comedy Central show.
The Wednesday night episode featured Noem as a dog killer who is obsessed with her looks, often showing her getting her hair and makeup done. Both episodes this season have focused on the Trump administration.
The animated show demonstrates this by having Noem’s made-up face melt off throughout the episode, calling in hair and makeup to redo it.
Noem posted the photo on her X account, including a link to the DHS’s recruitment site. The department also used South Park to recruit Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents on Tuesday after a preview was shared.
In a Thursday appearance on Glenn Beck’s podcast, the former South Dakota governor said she didn’t watch the episode but responded to her parody.
“It never ends, but it’s so lazy to make fun of women and how they look,” she said. “Only the liberals and the extremists do that. If they wanted to criticize my job, go ahead and do that. But clearly they can’t. They pick something petty like that.”
In the recent episode, Mr. Mackey loses his school counselor job and joins ICE. Noem’s character makes her first appearance in a training video that the recruits watch.
Vice President JD Vance was also depicted in the episode and posted on X, “Well, I’ve finally made it.”

The episode referenced Noem’s confession in her memoir that she shot and killed her family dog for being “untrainable.”
Similar to Noem, Turning Point Action USA CEO Charlie Kirk changed his profile photo on X to his satirical cartoon version. South Park’s Eric Cartman parodies Kirk in the episode by asking a college student a question, referencing Kirk’s viral debates on college campuses.
