President Donald Trump is participating in a multilateral lunch with African leaders on Wednesday.
The working lunch in Washington will begin around noon with the presidents of Mauritania, Guinea-Bissau, Liberia, Senegal, and Gabon for a discussion focused on expanding business and economic partnerships.
Trump’s focus on Africa thus far during his second term has been limited, although he was praised for recently brokering a peace deal between Rwanda and Congo.
