Loudoun County Public Schools officials have continued to promote transgender ideology, even to the extent that they ignore sexual assault.
According to 7News, LCPS has opened a Title IX investigation into three male high school students for the grave offense of not wanting to change in a locker room with a transgender student. This student, who is a girl, changes in the boys’ locker room and allegedly has used her phone to record other boys in the room. These three boys, who are around 15 years old, have voiced their discomfort with the situation. And now LCPS is targeting them.
This is because LCPS has a policy of privileging transgender students at any cost. Back in 2021, a male student sexually assaulted a girl in a girls’ bathroom. The boy was quietly transferred to another high school, where he committed another assault. LCPS Superintendent Scott Ziegler and Public Information Officer Wayde Byard were both charged as a result. But LCPS has continued to allow boys in girls’ locker rooms and girls in boys’ locker rooms under its transgender policies.
LOUDOUN COUNTY SCHOOL BOARD MEMBERS ARE FIGHTING AGAINST TRANSPARENCY
Back then, LCPS tried to silence people who raised concerns about the policy, including the father of one of the girls who was assaulted. He was arrested at a school board meeting after accusing Ziegler of a cover-up. Now, LCPS wants to silence the male victims of its transgender policies by painting them as sexual harassers for not wanting to be recorded by a girl in the boys’ locker room.
This is all being done in service of an ideology that falsely claims that boys can be girls and girls can be boys and ludicrously claims that children can consent to changing their gender. LCPS is so beholden to transgender ideology that the school board does not care if girls get assaulted by boys in girls’ spaces or boys get harassed by girls in boys’ spaces. The school board only cares that transgender ideology is upheld, no matter who must be silenced in the process.
