White House deputy chief of staff Stephen Miller is holding a press briefing on the 101st day of President Donald Trump’s second term.
The briefing is set to begin at 8:30 a.m.
White House press secretary Karoline Leavitt will also be part of the briefing. It is likely to revolve around the administration’s immigration stance, of which Miller has led the charge.
Miller has a contentious relationship with the press, often challenging reporters over the characterization of the Trump administration’s handling of immigration. He recently accused much of the press of not showing “an ounce of human empathy” to the victims of migrant crime.
