Michigan is a key battleground state for Trump and Vice President Kamala Harris, rated as a “toss-up” by the Cook Political Report. Trump won the state in 2016 but lost it to President Joe Biden in 2020. In the RealClearPolitics polling average, Harris narrowly leads Trump, 48.3%-47.6%, in the state.
