White House press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre is holding a press briefing ahead of the Federal Reserve‘s announcement on interest rates.
The briefing is scheduled to begin at 1 p.m., only an hour before the Federal Reserve’s announcement on whether it will raise interest rates.

The central bank is expected to raise interest rates again as inflation continues to slow from its peak last summer.
