President Joe Biden is delivering remarks about investing in America, specifically regarding manufacturing and job creation.
The remarks are being made at the Washington Hilton in Washington, D.C., and the speech is expected to begin at 12:30 p.m.
The speech is Biden’s first since announcing he is running for reelection. Biden made the announcement in a prerecorded video posted to social media Tuesday morning.
