Former President Donald Trump is set to speak at the Lee County GOP‘s 2023 Lincoln Reagan Dinner in Florida. The dinner will feature comments from multiple high-profile Republicans, including Reps. Byron Donalds (R-FL) and Greg Steube (R-FL).
Trump is widely seen as the front-runner for the Republican nomination for president in 2024. He is one of the only high-powered candidates to have tossed their hat in the ring yet.

Gov. Ron DeSantis (R-FL) is also expected to announce a run for president, but he was noticeably absent from the dinner Friday.
The dinner also features appearances from the Lee County GOP chairman, Michael Thompson, and former Trump adviser Roger Stone.

The dinner is at the Caloosa Sound and Convention Center at 1375 Monroe St. in Fort Meyers. The event was sold out, according to the Lee County GOP’s website.
