Supreme Court evacuated over suspicious package

The United States Supreme Court was evacuated after a suspicious package was found Tuesday afternoon.
The building and its immediate surroundings were evacuated by police, and a large police response followed. Reporter Shannon Bream, who was outside the building, reported it was likely due to a suspicious package.

“Just evacuated from outside the Supreme Court. Heavy law enforcement presence around Court and north side of the US Capitol. Appears to be suspicious package report,” she tweeted.
