The leak stems from a truck tractor that rolled over on a highway in Tucson, Arizona, at around 7 p.m. on Tuesday, killing the driver and spilling nitric acid. The first shelter-in-place order was lifted at 8:45 p.m.
This is breaking and will be updated.
