Does AOC know Adam Schiff and Eric Swalwell aren’t women of color?

Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY) gave a passionate speech this week defending her fellow “Squad” member and Democrat Congresswoman Ilhan Omar (D-MN) after Omar was voted off the Foreign Affairs Committee for her antisemitism.

Removing Congressional representatives from committees after the House changes party control is uncommon. Despite this, AOC and Democrats did what they do best in politics: play the race card.

MTG FIRES BACK AT AOC OVER ‘LIES’ IN AFTERMATH OF OMAR COMMITTEE REMOVAL

“I think one of the things that we should talk about, and what is one of the disgusting legacies after 9/11, has been the targeting and racism against Muslim Americans throughout the United States of America, and this is an extension of that legacy,” Ocasio-Cortez said. “There is nothing consistent with the Republican Party’s continued attack except for the racism and the incitement of violence against women of color in this body.”

AOC claimed that Omar’s removal was solely because of Republicans’ desire to spread racism and violence against female minorities in Congress. She included all the usual tropes Democrats use to distract the public on political matters. Yet, Rep. Adam Schiff (D-CA) and Rep. Eric Swalwell (D-CA) were also removed from their assignments on a different comittee, also by Republicans. Unless AOC believes they, too, are minority females, AOC’s rant was both baseless and illogical.

There’s a pattern here. Whenever Democrats don’t get what they want, they frequently claim “racism.” Although it might play to some members of the toxic, radical Democrat base, none of what AOC said had any validity. One cannot simply claim that removing Omar from a committee was legitimately the result of racism (or whatever other -ism Democrats like to claim), but that the simultaneous removal of Swalwell and Schiff from committees is not racism.

AOC’s theatrics were the latest production of the Democrat political theater company. It was akin to the plot of a horrible sequel to a fading movie franchise. All the details were the same — the emotions, anger, faux outrage, and self-righteousness have been replicated many times before.

Everyone should be aware of the routine by now, and the only ones who believe her nonsense are the most dedicated and loyal comrades of the Left. Objectively, in reality, Democrats have repeatedly shown that no one should ever trust any of their claims of racism ever again.
