Brian Walshe appeared in court Wednesday, one day after being charged with the murder of his wife Ana Walshe.
Walshe’s arraignment at the Quincy District Court in Massachusetts comes as he had previously been charged with misleading police about his wife’s disappearance.

The murder charges were levied against him Tuesday, with Norfolk District Attorney Michael Morrissey saying evidence has led investigators to believe he may have been responsible for her murder after Ana Walshe’s DNA was found in garbage uncovered during their search for the missing mother.
“It is believed that Brian Walshe dismembered Ana Walshe and discarded her body,” said prosecutors.
